High collar multicolours dress size 24/26

While this dress says it's 24/26 I would think it would be more suited to a 20-22. 

This dress is from shein and we do not support them or their practices. However with a shortage of second hand clothing and with countries overflowing with clothing waste we figure giving it a cheap price and having it keep being worn is for the best.
